Export expired or didn’t receive export email

When you export from within the app, you receive an email with a download link. That link automatically expires after a few hours, so you need to save the export somewhere safe.

If you aren’t receiving the email, please add info@elitehrv.com and support@elitehrv.com to your email contacts list, and then check your Spam folder to make sure that the email isn’t going to Spam. **Note: If you have your email forwarding from another email, it may have caught in the Spam folder of the original, forwarding address!

As long as you don’t delete it, your data is securely backed up on the server. You may always export again by returning to the Elite HRV app and tapping “Export” again. This will generate a new export link and send it to your email. The new link will contain all past data.
