Is my data safe?

We include enterprise grade SSL encryption with automatic cloud backups with every plan to keep your data safe.

What are the Team Pricing tiers?
  • Basic Team – $30/month for 1-10 active members
  • Pro Team – $60/month for 11-20 active members
  • Large Team – $100/month for 21-100 active members

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. Elite HRV Team is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again after that.

What types of payment do you accept?

At this time, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Are there discounts available?

We provide discounts and partnerships for large organization, first responders, military, and research groups. Please contact us at support@elitehrv.com for inquiries.

What if I have team members that I only consult occasionally? Do I still pay for their membership status every month?

No. You have the ability to set your members’ status as active or inactive. You only pay for members with an active status during that billing month. It is recommended for Team Owners providing consulting services on an occasional basis to set members as inactive when not actively consulting. When a member is re-activated, you will receive all their past data for analysis.

I was told that Elite HRV could actually make me money. How?

Providing HRV analysis and coaching services to your clients and team members is a great opportunity to differentiate your organization and add an additional revenue stream for you. Even though our Team platform makes analyzing HRV easy, you are the one providing the valuable HRV analysis and coaching service that your members will be happy to pay you for. You can charge your clients and members for your HRV coaching services at your discretion, while only paying Elite HRV a flat $30-100/month to use the analysis tool.
