Nick Lambe wears many hats. He is originally a strength coach and personal trainer but also has viewed himself as a healthcare practitioner. He believes he has a responsibility to help as many facets of clients’ lives as possible. This led him down the path to sleep coaching. In his coaching and experience, he didn’t come across more of a missing link than sleep. Whether the goal was overall health, weight loss or improved performance, sleep was the linchpin and key to success.
This prompted him to learn everything he possibly could about sleep. From tens of books to hundreds of research studies to picking the brains of the top sleep professionals in the field to studying cognitive behavioral therapy, he has compiled a comprehensive approach to optimizing sleep. He utilizes his knowledge of sleep as well as many other facets of health and wellness combined with the principles of coaching and behavior change to help you enhance the most important pillar to success.
He aims to change the world through sleep. Through education on the importance of sleep. Through coaching as many as possible to better sleep. Through empowering other healthcare practitioners to embrace sleep into their approach.
