Seth Budai is a Physical Educator and Embodiment Teacher with over a decade of experience in the movement world. Seth works one-on-one with clients helping to increase their movement literacy, as well as, their overall well-being. Seth also teaches certifications in Natural Movement as a MovNat Team Instructor. When Seth isn’t immersed in teaching, he spends his time with his beautiful wife and their Siberian husky exploring the local mountains and finding new adventures in his home town of Asheville, NC. Seth’s calling in life is to share how the body and mind work synergistically to create inner harmony and produce optimal health.
