Nourish Balance Thrive

I was fortunate to be able to meet Christopher Kelly of Nourish Balance Thrive last month at the Ancestral Health Symposium. Chris has a great background in all sorts of fun things including tech, mountain biking and most recently Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. More about Chris here. I can tell my talking with him that he really understands how to apply the research and technology that he finds to get value out of it.

The Podcast

He was also kind enough to reach out and invite me to be on the Nourish Balance Thrive Podcast. We dive in to all things Heart Rate Variability of course! Check out the post on their website here, or have a listen below. Enjoy!

Thanks again Chris for a fun discussion.
