Follow these steps to reset your Elite HRV account password
Can’t find your old HRV readings? Been a while since you signed in? These steps may help you locate old readings in the app.
You can change your Elite HRV account’s email address by tapping the email address on the Profile/Settings screen within the app and editing or replacing it in the text field. Once you navigate away from that screen, whichever email address is in the email field will automatically be saved as your new email address.
Your Elite HRV account is linked to the email that you used to create your account. These steps will help you determine which email address was used and how to recover it.
Elite HRV securely backs up your data free of charge. If you sign in and appear to have lost your data, then you have likely signed in with a different email address than you originally signed up with.
